Research On Integrated Technology For Enterprise Process Model And Information Model

With the increasingly complex business processes, the management of enterprises has also increased the complexity, managers feel increasingly difficult to manage the operation of enterprises, and meanwhile, the distance between of them gradually increases. The implementation of business process engineering technology, in particular the implementation of Process Monitoring for the enterprise process model and example can resolve satisfactorily this issue, which needs to establish model on enterprise according to the actual case, thus monitor the simulation of the model and the running process, moreover, analyses the model by means of results obtained. It can not only easily master the operation of enterprises, but also optimize and reorganize the business process based on the results of monitoring so as to get the optimal process model, and by the process model to guide the development of their products or services in order to reduce costs and enhance benefits for enterprises.The research of the process engineering at home and abroad has carried out a lot of research and made some description of the enterprise model. The "process at the core" enterprise model which improved according to COSMOS model describes the most accurate and comprehensive for enterprise. This paper improves the process model at the core of the enterprise model, and described the enterprise model with schema; Monitor indicators in three stages of process monitoring were concerned about, and established a fairly good General Monitoring Indicator System; The unified process monitor indicators describing methods were given, and monitoring indicator model were created; By monitoring indicators model, customer mapped the indicators to the corporate information and process model, established the mapping relations between the monitoring indicator and the information and process model, and realized in a way of integration of the process model and information model.In this paper, business process monitoring system related functional modules were studied, given a more complete process monitor system architecture; Technologies related the process monitoring system were deeply studied; Finally, the prototype system based on Daqing "real-time data acquisition process " was developed.
