The Design And Implementation Of The SME Credit Process Monitor System For Bank

With a rapid development in recent years,small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)weighs increasingly more in the national economy,and has become an indispensable part of fast national economic growth.SME credit process monitor system aims to further improve the franchise system of credit management and raise the efficiency of the credit for SMEs.It can not only greatly reduce the risk of bank lending and inspire a huge potential market,but also enhance the competitiveness of financial services to SMEs.In this paper,we introduce the current situations of SME credit management system,analyze and expound existing problems in the key function implementation of the system,and put forward corresponding technical solutions.With a combination of the development scheme of SME credit process monitor system and the ASP.NET three-layer architecture technology,we design and implement the SME credit process monitor system on the basis of the Visual Studio 2010 in the paper.First of all,the paper expounds the background and significance for SME credit and describes the significance of the SME credit process monitor system.Second,the paper analyzes business process,architecture and system security of the SME credit process monitor system,on the basis of which discusses the architecture of the system and security of the architecture,and gives the key data model.Finally,the system is implemented and the performance of the system is also tested,which prove the feasibility of the SME credit process monitor system.Employing B/S structure,ASP.NET three-layer organization framework and SQL Sever database,the system we study in this paper has good flexibility and expansibility.As for the performance,this system covers all the functions of credit process monitor system that are required,which makes it capable for effective management.At present,the credit management system has run online in Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Beijing Branch,which indicates important practical significance for promoting bank's risk control ability.
