Research On The Application Of Material Management Information System In Liao He Oil Field

Modern enterprise management system is integratived including logistics flow, capital flow, information flow, which focuses on management of supply chain. The perfect data system of enterprise decision and information shared mechanism are the base of enterprise informationization. It is important to establish an open enterprise information management system based on internet, centered on supply chain management. Enterprise supply chain runs effectively in terms of the realizing internal information shared, and keeps up with modernization.The object of the research is Liao He Petroleum Exploration material management information system, which uses the current method of Face Data Flow, adopts 2-tier C/S and 3-tire B/S system construction, and uses the PB and JAVA as development tool on the stage and Oracle as background database development tool. Through the methods above the concrete project of development can be confirmed. Afterwards, database structure is established and achieved. It contains all major jobs of material management, material plan, order management, purchasing, storage and delivery which are realized computerization. The paper introduces the design of the material arrangement system, analyses and the process of the system realization. The system successfully runs in practice, though some problems are advised which are solved through projects and advices.The whole material supple system becomes an advanced, effective, positive and disinterested enterprise using new material arrangement information system, which makes it competitive.Through the application of material management information system in the petrochemical enterprise, the methods proposed in this article are used to strengthen material management, and can be used as a reference by other management departments of the petrochemical industry.
