With the active promotion of the ‘Internet +' initiative and the development of the Internet of Things technology,the oil material inspection industry has introduced scientific and efficient Internet management methods.The oil material inspection laboratory management system was designed and developed for a material inspection company for petroleum products.It can not only free the test personnel from the heavy paper drawing and manual data calculation,but also can sign contracts with customers and customers.under orders,sample receipt,testing assignments,with a single sub-scheduling,test management,test to see progress and final test report generation unified management of the entire business process together.Compared with the traditional information management system,it not only realizes the scientific management of the existing resources of the laboratory,but also realizes the unified online management of complex business processes.The system is developed using a browser / server(B/S)architecture,using Java language business processing in the background,servers using Tomcat and nginx,and managing data with a My SQL database,and finally deployed on the Cent OS operating system.Firstly,through the existing laboratory information management system(Laboratory Information Management System,abbreviated as LIMS)research,combined with the practical needs of a petroleum equipment quality inspection center,the system carried out a detailed needs analysis from multiple angles.Secondly,based on the requirements analysis,the system is designed in an overall way,functional modules are divided and detailed design,and codes are written in the Java environment to realize various functions.The test operation management module and the oil casing test management module are the core modules of the entire system.The oil casing test is a kind of test operation.It is a very important test item of the company and the business is complex.This paper divides it into separate functional modules.The work content of the module includes the client's on-line test commissioning,staff commissioned processing,the dispatcher's management of the sample,the dispatcher's assignment of the test task,the tester's collection of test data,calculation and processing,and the administrator.Review of data,preparation and approval of test reports,etc.In this paper,the key technologies and difficulties involved in the research of the project are described in detail,which mainly include the scheduling algorithm when the intelligent task is assigned and the system integration of the online office.Finally,test cases were designed for functional testing and stress testing was performed using the automated testing tool Apache Benchmark.The innovations of this project are: First,instead of the traditional manual scheduling method,the dispatcher's intelligent allocation of tasks is achieved in the multi-task,multi-person situation;Second,the use of Page Office technology to achieve system integration online Office Features,greatly enhance the user experience;Third,the use of j Query technology to achieve a graphical visualization of the project or test progress.At present,the oil material inspection laboratory management system has been developed and tested and is being actually used by a quality inspection company.The system has perfect functions and stable operation,which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the enterprise staff and improves the work efficiency of the company.
