E-government Systems Integration And Data Exchange Technology

Along with the rapid development of information technology, the E-Government becomes the hot spot which studied in recent years. And the information sharing and interconnection exchange has become important issue which the current E-Government constructs faces day by day. When constructing the E-Government, it needs to solve the question of exchange between new construct system and original system. There for it is urgent to establish data exchange platform for E-Government.At first, this text introduces fundamental conception, characteristics and the current situation of E-government of our country and foreign development trend, analyzing the current situation of Kara may E-government and the business demand. And then this text introduces technology of One-stop services, researches and analyzes the disadvantage of traditional technology. In order to solve current problems, it has proposed data exchange system structure based on XML and Web Service, and it has realized the electronic document form based on XML .At the same time, it imports network security in the data exchange platform, and constructs platform based on digital signature and status authentication .It has realized the different local area network data sharing and isomerism data conformity. For the convenience of the resource management in data exchange, it proposed the multistage data exchange platform to alleviat the pressure of over abundant information in exchange process.
