As crude oil is extracted continuously in oil field, there are more and more low yield oil wells in old oil field, and the problem of void pumping is becoming more serious. Rational control of the pump's work and rest time can save electricity, prevent the break of beam hanger caused by beating liquid, and reduce attrition of the pump.Rational control of the pump's work and rest time is the key to solve the problem of void pumping. This essay gives theoretical analysis and cost comparison of every detective method, considers power detection as the most effective method, and puts forward effectiveness power consumption at the same time.Because of the complicated geological structure of oil fields,there are lots of problems on non-linear,non-definition,time varying and non-complete characteristics, Therefore it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model for controlling. This dissertation deals with an expert controller combined with self learning technology to realize automatic acquisition of dry and empty pumping criterions automatic tracking of stopping time for maximal daily yields.Research on system for TMS320LF2407A from DSP controller and various interface circuit, it is included power detection circuit, stroke detection circuit, FLASH external storage circuit, keyboard and display circuit, and the main loop drive circuit. It is complied design of the voltage, current and Detection Sensor Interface and selection of external control circuit and control of intelligent software. In terms of software, software design and the design of the subroutine. Finally, It is complied experimental simulation by use tool of SIMULINK.
