The design of micro-channels coolers was optimized, the affect of water coolant to the module micro-channels cooler was analyzed, and the selection of the coolant and the material of flow pipe was suggestion, the micro-channels cooler with composite multilayer structure based on Wu-Cu alloy was successfully made, the strength and cooling efficiency of cooler was increased. The problem that it is difficult to machine copper micro-channels cooler and control its surface shape was resolved.The KW grade CW DL stack was packaged as the result of decreasing the thickness of cooler to increase the packaging density and optimizing the packaging technique of DL module, and its parameter was measured.The number simulation of the gain distribution of the DL pumping module was conducted, and the design of DL stack module and circ DL pumping module was optimized to increase the reliability and efficiency of DL pumping modules. All the results of our study are benefit for promoting the research of KW grade CW DL pumping module.
