Oilfield is an oil, gas, water treatment integrated system, composed by Oil Wells, Wells, Measurement Houses, Water Distribution Houses, Oil Transfer Station, Joint Station, and so on. Joint Station is the system of the most important component, which is the an integrated production sites of crude oil dewatering,degassing,stability,sewage treatment,crude oil storage. Monitoring and detection of its production process is not only related to the quality of finished oil products and the size of energy consumption of equipment, but also related to the safety and smooth operation of production process and the economic benefits of oil production.In this paper, according to the actual situation of joint stations, combined with computer, PLC technology in the field of application and development, we do research about the Joint station measurement and control system design,instrumentation Selection,transmission signal processing,computer software design,hardware choices and achievement.As an example to the PLC control system of northⅠ-ⅡJoint station, used the Siemens Industrial Computer as a PC to realization of monitoring and management of whole process, and used S7-300 PLC as a crew to realization of Data Acquisition and PID control.Even if PC has fault, it doesn't have influence to the crew control system, making PLC system of production control and PC integration of information management capabilities combined, which realizing the target of distribution risk and focus control. Since system put into operation, which has accurate data acquisition,stability. System provides to operators intuitive facilitate, improving the management efficiency,management level,economic efficiency and ensuring the production safety。...
