Construction And Test Of The Comprehensive Management System Of CNG-oil Combined Station

The State Council issued the "air pollution prevention action plan" clearly pointed out that the concentration of PM2.5 of Tianjin City in 2017 must be decreased by about 25% than that in 2012.As energy supply sources,CNG station plays a very important role in the process of new clean energy vehicle popularization and promotion.In current Tianjin city,the main CNG station site form is transformation based on original oil station,namely CNG-oil combined construction station.The management of this kind of station mainly consists of two sets of management system and two groups of staff in the same station.This management form in practical work can easily face a series of problems such as difficultly defined edge region,same remuneration with different work strength,buckpassing security consciousness decrease,high labor costs,office resources waste,inconvenience for oil-gas dual power vehicle owners with at least two cards.Therefore,the establishment of control management system of CNG-Oil integration station has important application value.Based on the detailed analysis of the domestic and foreign research status and development trend,the similarities and differences between oil station operation and gas station operation is analyzed in details.By the analysis of decomposition and refinement criteria,an oil and gas general management system is designed to achieve a set of station office software,a group of people,clear responsibility system,office supplies unified scheduling and one card for the oil-gas.After the need analysis,the system is divided into parts of center management,station management and business hall,which are developed by web page and desktop application.Center management system provides the data and interface support and its logical part is developed by Nodejs and MongoDB,while its front page is implemented by js,html and css.Station management system is the place where people consume the IC card,which is integrated with hardware and Winform program.Business hall system provides the card recharge and other basic functions,which is developed by js,html and css to reduce greatly the dependence on hardware.The practical test shows that the comprehensive management system of CNG-oil combined station has met initial design goals and working requirements.The system is of obvious economic and practical value.
