Flight simulator is a typical human-in-the-loop simulation system aiming at simulates flight realistically. As an important ground device for simulating the airplane's flying characters and an effective method for flight training, it has been widely used in today's international aviation industry. Pilots trained by flight simulator on ground achieve highest reliable feelings as manipulating true aircraft in the sky, even more safety and economy. Pilots using flight simulator will learn how to manage special flight situation such as atrocious weather and serious malfunction. These special training can't carry out on true aircraft. So the flight simulator is indispensability to aviation industry.The aircraft fuel system which is used to afford its state to the aircraft system for indicating the simulated plane working status is an important component of a flight simulator. Therefore it influences the fidelity and variety of flight training, and is one of the important criteria for determining whether a flight simulator is advanced.Modeling and simulating of fuel system play an important role in the flight simulation. Based on this system's working principle, parts components'mathematical models in this system are deduced, such as fuel pumped pressure and fuel temperature calculating. Using SIMULINK toolboxes for dynamic simulation in MATLAB as the developing environment, this study accomplished the simulation system model of the whole fuel system, and presented the dynamic simulation results in specifical situation, and thus offered more general, more accurate and swifter method for the simulation of the aircraft fuel system.For certain airplane fuel system, the oil transfer problems under different flight conditions have been predicted, and carried out the verification to the control logic of each part. The simulation results show that this hybrid system can duplicate the practical work process of aircraft fuel system, and meet the requirements well. This thesis lays the foundation for the further development and optimization of the aircraft fuel system's simulation.
