Some real-time information, such as aircraft attitude, can be replayed by air-ground data link technology. A micro flight simulator was designed to overcome some disadvantages of the computer virtual replay methods in this paper. It could display the aircraft movement in the form of semi-substance simulation based on ACARS.Considering that the coupling could affect the replaying accuracy of the simulator, a general dynamical equation is given based on the analysis of the couplings (inertia coupling and dynamic coupling) between the frames of a flight simulator. And the system differential equation of the flight simulator is obtained. As the flight simulator system is multivariable and nonlinear, a decoupling method was proposed by the converse-system theory. The system could become to a pseudo-linear system, which could apply linear control theory to design the controller by state feedback and dynamic compensation. It will optimize the simulator designing and improve the accuracy of online controlling. On the base of these, a PID controller of the simulator was carried out through the simulation toolbox of MATLAB to optimaze the control strategy. The experiment result showed that the flight simulator model could be uncoupled by the converse-system theory, and the influence caused by uncoupled couplings between the frames could nearly be ignored. It also showed that the PID controller is practical and valid.
