Distribute Control System, mainly for computer control and management in the industry production, which combines computer, communications, automatic control, CRT display and other advanced technology, is widely used in electricity, machinery, petroleum, chemical and so on. As the user operation platform of distributed control system, configuration software is an important component used to configure self-definition signal acquisition, monitor screen and information processing. Therefore, this paper has important research and application value.As a part of the project-New Control System based on Industrial Ethernet and Fieldbus, which is organized by Department of Science & Technology of Shandong Province, this paper's main topic is monitoring screen system and control algorithm configuration system. First, design the software structure and distribution network structure by researching the functional requirements and implementation mechanism. Then, introduce the monitoring screen system and control algorithm configuration system, especially the aspect of design model, data structure and algorithm. The major works of this paper are summarized as follows:The software is divided into relatively independent modules as the view of specific function and technical realization. Design structure and distributed network architecture are built. The software development model is Spiral Model, language is C++, platform is Windows2000 and tool is Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0.Introduce data flow implementation of the whole Configuration software system. Design data point interface and real-time data communication interface which are the key of monitoring screen system and control algorithm configuration system communicate to others.The function of monitoring screen system is graphic configuration and real-time monitoring. Based on the analysis of industrial graphics commonly used, abstract the basic graphic elements, which are designed by object-oriented method. Use the factory model to create graphic element, then realize the function of property editing, operation just as rotation. Provide graphic library to support custom graphic element reuse, which is design by user interface, for achieving a more vivid picture of the monitor. Realize the graphic element animation.Control algorithm configuration system is designed for control algorithm graphical configuration which is running in field control station of the distribute control system. This system uses the Function Block Diagram, which is one of the five IEC61131-3 standard languages, as the algorithm configuration language. In studying of graph theory, abstract the mathematical model that transfer graphic information to control algorithm data, and solve the problem by using improved Johnson algorithm and directed graph topology sorting algorithm. Based on requirements of the mathematical model to graphics information, design the class of Function Block Diagram, connection line and control algorithm loop. Introduce the communication between the configuration system and the field control station. This paper adopts the method, which is based on SQL database file, to realize the control algorithm parameters modify on-line.
