Creating an ideal national image by the mass media has become a groundbreaking and fundamental research in the modern society. The articles have abundant contents and wide range theme. Meanwhile, I choose western media "Washington Post", to compare it with "China Daily" about the "two sessions" report, including the compare to contents, report tendentiousness and picture tendentiousness, in order to reveal the difference of China's image which China and the western media build, from the following fore aspects: national interest, broadcasting concept, media orgnazition, and ociety Control. Based on this, try to explore the problem and weakness which "China Daily" and Sino-foreign media face in the broadcasting process, by analyzing the strategy of "China Daily" when broadcasting the national image, try hard to provide some references of target selection and direction for Sino-foreign media when creating China's national image, both theatrically and practically.
