The Design And Implementation Of Account Opening And Service System For Enterprise Customers In Futures Industry

With the rapid development of China's economy,the futures industry plays an increasingly important role in social production.Compared to mature foreign futures markets,China's futures market has the character of short development time and less proportion of enterprise customers.The benefit of enterprises participating in the fu-tures market is that they can use futures to avoid production and operation risks.Under the trend of financial services real economy,enhancing the proportion of accounts that enterprise customers is one of the directions for the future development of the domestic futures industry.The process of opening an account for enterprise customer in futures industry is complicated,and the character of futures industry leads to higher requirements for ac-count service.Through research,the company where the author worked as an intern considered that the original system has certain shortcomings to be improved:(1)The account opening process is not convenient enough and the digitalization of archives management is insufficient.(2)Enterprise customers are not convenient in business of account opening.(3)The audit of business order is not professional enough.(4)The system should serve customers in accordance with the rules and regulations.Therefore,futures companies need a convenient and professional system of account opening and service to increase the proportion of enterprise customers.Based on the analysis of the above problems,the system is divided into four mod-ules: account opening acceptance,operator information center,comprehensive busi-ness processing and futures account service.The functions of these modules can be list as follows:(1)Account opening acceptance module provides the functions of in-formation and file collection appropriateness collection and video collection.(2)The operator information center module provides the functions of identity authentication and business management.(3)Comprehensive business processing module provides the functions of business order allocation and business order review.(4)The futures account service module provides customer information modification,future code appli-cation,dormant account management,transaction risk control and account anti-money laundering management.The system includes APP and Web application.The APP is developed by Light,which is the company's internal cross platform framework and it supports IOS and Android.OCR(Optical Character Recognition)technology is used to improve the effi-ciency of the process of account opening acceptance.The front-end of APP and Web is developed with Vue.js that realize the construction and management of front-end com-ponents.the back-end uses the JRESCloud to implement microservice governance,and Spring Boot is used to implement specific services.the persistence layer uses My Batis as the middleware and Oracle as the database for storage.At present,the system has been delivered to CITIC Futures and China Merchants Futures after software test.As a business innovation project,the results show that the functions of the system meet the expected design and production needs,and it has practi-cal application value for futures companies.In the test section,the thesis gives the cases that involve the function of transaction risk control and account anti-money laundering management during the process of system operation.
