Telecom is an important industry in China.It has an important connection with people's daily life.With the development of economy globalization and the intensification of competition at home and abroad,especially the intensification of international competition after China has joined WTO,the foreign telecom company wants to develop its own market in China.In order to expedite the construction and development of the internet business hall of Chinese Netcom,to build a better management system,and to establish the internet service band of Chinese Netcom band,the operators of Chinese Netcom need the support of a powerful and flexible comprehensive customer service system(97),especially the flexible and efficient design and implementation of developers.The sub-system of the interface of telecom comprehensive customer service system includes electric order interface and information interface,and to exchange information with the third party system according to the interface agreement with the third party,to realize certain function.Shandong Netcom comprehensive customer service system is one set of comprehensive customer service system made by Beijing Divine Digital St.Cospecially for Shandong Netcom.The system includes comprehensive operating system,working procedure system,information system and interface sub-system. Based on the regulations of telecom comprehensive customer service system and the theory for customer management system and information management system, considering comprehensively telecom management model,the author of this article designs and implements the interface system of the comprehensive customer service system.The system is developed in the way of software program,strictly abided by the regulations of software development.After the survey of the management model of Shandong Netcom and telecom business,the author designs systematically on the management of telecom business and customer firstly for the design of customer service system structure.That is,divide business into products and acts,and divide customers into customers and users.Secondly,the author confirms on the technique structure of the system implementation.That is,the author builds a perfect interface sub-system of the comprehensive customer service system based on IBM AIX operation system,the model of three-layer structure,adopting the ideas and principles of the software program,combined with the design method and technique method, such as design model,structural technique,database,C language,mid-software,etc. Thirdly,for the interface sub-system of the comprehensive customer service system, the author designs on every way of information transmission and each model of interface sub-system.Lastly,the author provides a particular solution plan for the system implementation.
