Research And Development Of CO₂ Laser Marking Machine

With the development of automatic product of commodities, such as food, wine and cigarette and so on, laser tabulator has been widely used in these areas for its fine performance. As for its importation, there exist defects within usage and conservation. For the profits of inland production stores, it is necessary to develop laser tabulator to satisfy the requirements according to requests from factories.In this paper, parts making up the drawing-mark machine are respectively studied and analyzed by integer-decomposition. Theory deductions are carried out on line-complement method for laser properties and oscillation-mirror machinery. Algorithm is also provided with control process. This paper summarizes laser category and principle of oscillation-mirror, as special requirements for laser control signal are analyzed and then proper control circuits are designed under the requirements. At the same time detailed studies of marking requests for moving objects are listed in the paper. To acquire the deviation from moving articles, a method of applying encoding is given, which is higher accurate, widely practical by contract with constant frequency pulse imitating velocities method.In the last part of the paper's main frame, all parts detailed requests are summarized, control circuits are designed and many problems needing to take notice during design, even the corresponding solutions are under detailed accounted. After designing the control circuits, programs to compile and flow chart are listed as an appendix.Several problems regularly existing during debugging, the relevant charts and settlement are brought out in the end. During studying, soft ware such as AutoCAD 2006, MaxplussⅡ,Protel98,VC6.0 and so on are applied.The accomplishment of the design of control card and software for laser tabulator makes it a reality of commercialization. The anticipation technology quotas have been achieved.
