This subject designed a measuring system based on TMS320F206DSP.In modern industry, it is an important step that productions detected and controlled. Samples would be detected by untouched survey with linear CCD as detecting element, besides that data collecting and computing would be carried though Digital Signal Processor without computers. It is an undeniable fact that it has many advantages on fitting all kinds of working circumstance, deducing producing cost and product miniaturization.In this article, the details of hardware construction and software design linked to linear CCD in detector system on net, which has CPLD center director and Digital Signal Processor. To describe the appearance, storage, transfer, collection and computing process. To introduce DSP application linked to TMS320F206 CMOS chip in above system. Moreover, there is another process on DSP CMOS chip exploitation and illustrate software of length measure.Main completed tasks in the paper:1,Regarding academic analysis as the basic theory, we put forward a new system proposal of CCD detector which uses Digital Signal Processor as the data computed kernel. Besides that we also analyses the practicability and feasibility in system linked with FPGA/CPLD and DSP technology.2,To design linear CCD——TCD1206SUP driver which is used in detector system, A/D convent circuit, memory circuit, DSP circuit linked to TMS320F206 CMOS chip. Introducing CPLD - EPM7128 as hardware of designing carrier is good to debugging and miniaturization of PCB.3,To explore DSP signal computing software using CCS, so that to realize certain functions such as data collection, data computing, result display .etc.4,To design CCD data collection PCB which is based on ISA and image collection software which is based on VC++6.0. It is convenient for DSP measure system to debug by observing image on CCD though this software. In the meantime, it makes data more accurate by setting two-ness threshold of detector system.
