The gradual improvement of teaching resources will be more effective to the advantages of modern education technology and a strong promoting to the development of education and teaching.This paper describes the development process of the network system which has web-based teaching, interactive learning, testing online, the integrated management of all papers, the main teaching points and innovations. Taking into account the efficiency of the transmission network, security and the distributed applications, the system uses a three-tier structure. Taking into the development efficiency, network transmission, as well as the future expandability, it uses the language of HTML as the development tool and uses ASP+IIS technologies as tools for front development. Taking into account the size of data storage and the use of the storage process, it uses the ACCESS database services as a background database support.In the system development process, combining the functions of management module of examination, it has studied the important role of the perfect navigation system in the network teaching, the significance and methods of the interactive function in the network teaching system and the structure of arts pages in the network teaching system. Meanwhile, this paper introduces all of the modules briefly and the core programming ideas in the development process.
