Content: The rapid development of the network technology has opened wide prospect for the establishment of many new fields. The network education which rises swiftly in recent years is just one of the fields. Network provides people with good opportunities and new ways of communication and study. The production of network teaching intensifies the reformation of traditional education and promotes modern education to apply network. More and more researches indicate that WEB-based interaction teaching is an effective teaching form of network teaching. It can product good study effect compared with other network teaching methods and also is the development direction of network teaching.In view of the latent social and economic efficiency, network teaching is a popular research problem at present. Domestic colleagues have done many researches on the problem, but most of them only concentrate on the comparison between traditional teaching style and network teaching style; they focus on the application of all kinds of network and multimedia technology in teaching; they pay little attention to the application of the recently popular WEB-based video technology in network teaching and they don't research deeply on the network teaching essence from pedagogy theory. The author tries to analyze network teaching and traditional teaching from connotations and research the present WEB-based interaction teaching from psychology and pedagogy theory in order that the author may give some useful advice to the application of network teaching.The paper includes five parts.The first part discusses the importance of WEB-based interaction teaching in network teaching and analyzes the present situation of its research. It also indicates the characteristics and disadvantages of the present network interaction teaching and tells the necessity of beginning the WEB interaction teaching.In the second part, the author elaborates the concept of the WEB-based interaction teaching, and proposes psychology, pedagogy and correlative theory foundation of the WEB-based interaction teaching system.In the third part, the author describes the function frame of the WEB-based interaction teaching system and gives the frame model that can realize WEB-based interaction teaching effectively and some solving methods when using WEB video.In the forth part, the author analyzes the WEB-based interaction teaching...
