As an alternative media, blog have been increasingly highlighted in the functions of information dissemination and their views increasingly affected traditional media, This closely related with blog unique characteristics of the spread. It is no doubt that the emergence of Blog will bring deep effect not only to the traditional media and traditional media thoeries ,but also to the people's work and livies. The theory of agenda setting not dismissed in blog world , but show in a way that different from the traditional media. As the "opinion leaders", it is completely possible for blog to set a agenda like the traditional media .On a basis of comprehensive analysis to the definitions given by experts, scholars and some authoritative periodicals, this article begins with a brand-new definition to bloggers from the angle of their Chinese meaning,and makes a further analysis to their characteristics. Having made a summarized narration on theory of"agenda setting privacy"the article sets up the environment in which the bloggers exist, and it also makes an analyis on their similarities and differences. In its main body, A discussion on the"public agenda setting"the article adopts communication theories, combining with studies on specific cases,The paper analyse modern people's psychology from the perspective of public cultural researching such as publicing of individual privacy, collective sealing, self-expose, etc. At last, with regard to the status quo of the world of bloggers, the article makes an insightful thought on its potential crisis and suggests its countermeasures.
