ARINC429 digital information transmission specification is one of the data information transmission standards that are extensively used at present in the aviation industrial department of our country.A new aeronautic testing system is designed and reported in this thesis. This system can realize the communication between CompactPCI/PXI bus and aero equipments which use ARINC429 bus and accurately and effectively accomplish the auto test for aeronautic equipments.First of all, this thesis introduces the background f the development of automatic test system, the protocol of CompactPCI/PXI Bus and ARINC429 bus; secondly, each part of the testing system is introduced, and the hardware of the communication module is described in detail, mainly including the structure of in-system programming device and the design of main functional modules. This communication module has a simple circuit, reliable transmission, four clock choices, 100Kbs/50Kbs/25Kbs/12.5Kbs , two transmission channels and two reception channels, and it can respond to interrupts and receive inquiries; after that the driver and software are introduced. At last, the thesis shows the testingresults and validates the function of the system.The testing results confirm that this system is flexible and reliable; it has a wide application and market prospect.
