The incessant complication of DUT makes the ceaselessly enhance requirement for ATS. For its particularity, the test and measurement for ATC was based on special instruments for years. The test processing is complex, low efficiency and the different test systems are incompatible. As the capability of maintenance become more and more important, special test instruments are out of date. The research of high-performance testing system for total parameters is urgent. The development of CompactPCI integrated test system based on CompactPCI structure, which has outstanding characters such as high speed, high precision and reliability, flexible configuration and widely compatible, can largely improve the test level of ATC.The points of this dissertation are on the design of the integrated test system of ATC, including the system design, software structure design, test flow, measurement method, result data processing and the failure diagnosis. Main contribution of this dissertation can be concluded as following:·The principle, which the system and software design should be obeyed, has been forward and the main structure of software is marked out.·Based on the test programs target at different equipment, the basic method for transmitter test, receiver test, system coding/decoding test and interface test are concluded. According to these methods, the field of this test system can be greatly extended.·The work of result displaying, saving, opening, printing has been completed. The regulation of the data saving format and algorithm has been figured out.
