Air bus technology plays an important role in integrated avionics system.Itsstability and reliability are very important to avionics systems’s normalperformance.Any failure of component in the avionics system is likely to lead overallsystem performance lower or even not working properly. Avionics bus test isparticularly important for the generation and maintenance of civilian and militaryaircraft.In order to achieve the conformance testing on the ARINC429bus interface of theairborne equipments, the data analysis on the ARINC429bus interface or the simulationof the CFDS mode, the subject does a depth research and analysis on the ARINC429digital transmission system standard, the ARINC700series standards and the part of theARINC429interface protocol in ARINC604standard which is the design guidance ofCFDS system. Based on the department ’s self-developed16-channel ARINC429bushardware modules and Lab/Windows CVI development environment,I complete thesoft design of general ARINC429bus analysis and test system.In the first part of the paper, I describe the development of the aviation bustechnology, and elaborating the significance of bus test. Afterwards, related busstandary is studied. With analysising the ARINC429specification, an ARINC429Dataanalytic description method which has a reusable analysis module is put foward.Through research of the protocol part of the ARINC700series standards, I proposed auniversal ARINC429bus interface test method of the LRU equipment. Then by ways ofanalysising system requirements, the thesis elaborate on the design of the overall systemarchitecture.Finally, the thesis introduce the Man-machine interface design andverification of the test software.Through research of the thesis and the develop of general ARINC429bus analysisand test system, I achieved the ARINC429interface testing on Line-Replaceable Unit(LRU) and the display of the corresponding ARINC429interface analytic data. At thesame time, I also provide analytical and test parameters entry interactive interface to theuser.The number of equipment under test can be extended through simple parameter configuration. The simulation of the CFDS systems on the airbus is also achieved byARINC429data interactive and analyse. It could display the failure message of theflight via reading BITE information of aircraft navigation equipment.Therefore, it couldfacilitate maintenance personnel for fault isolation and the troubleshooting in themaintenance shop.The test method based on interface test parameter package which isdescribed in this paper as well as the bus data analysis method has some versatility anda certain reference value in bus test.
