Pumping station is the only artificial power resource of the water, whose normal operation have quite significant meanings for the whole national production and living. The pumping station integrated monitoring system is a system which integrates control, protection, running and management, and it can greatly improve the efficiency of the pumping station.According to the actuality and development trends of monitoring system for pumping station, considering the practices in Xiaquanhe, this paper constructs a whole framework of the entire opening, distributing control system of the pumping station.. And the system adopts supervisory control of the pumping station based on Fuzzy Control technique, PLC technique, industry automation software and Ethernet technique in this system.This paper applyes the distributed control technology in monitoring system for the pumping station, which is implemented by IPC and PLC. IPC is superior of the system, communicating with subordinate PLC through Ethernet. IPC monitor software adopts "iFIX" industry control software, which is designed to realize the displays of process flow, alarming, historical curve, and the queries of the report forms and the databases, etc. The scene is controlled by PLC.As China's annual power consumption of the pumping stations is over 21% of the total power consumption, this paper investigates the theory of power-saving of the pumping station in detail aimed at the pump's characteristics and performances. It is conducted from combining characters of pipe net, the relationship between rotate speed and pumping-up height and the relationship between rotating speed and power. It put forward the control method with VF speed regulating to achieve the purpose of energy conservation.In addition, the paper chooses water level as an example and studies how to use Fuzzy logic on water level control and simulate the hypothesis in MATLAB environment. The simulation curves have shown this controller is better than the conventional PID controller and can achieve more effective control.
