Research And Application Of Wireless Local Area Network In Workshop Condition Based On Bluetooth Technology

With the development of communication technology and machining technology,more and more industrial equipment appeared in workshop condition.the ability of communication between different equipments is forced to keep pace.how to transfer the data and information between differernt equipments is regarded as emphases.the purpose of this thesis is find an effective wireless communication and improve the automation ability of industrial equipments.In this paper,several popular wireless technologies is compared and a project of construct wireless local area network in workshop by bluetooth is put forward.the method and principle of condense bluetooth protocol is proposed base on requirement of the theme.the simplify bluetooth protocol which is fit for workshop environment is proposed.combine with experiment condition,the double-processor contrive project is put forward and soft and hard experiment environment is constructed. in embeded type linux operating system, the simplify bluetooth protocol is achieved base on bluez's bluetooth protocol .the module file is created by cross compile environment.the bnep bluetooth wireless local area network is constructed by bluetooth module.the ability of build wireless network,the capability of bluetooth wireless network and the ability of transmission are tested. At last ,the bluetooth module is used in workshop. The communicate servo programme,server port application,client port application are compiled .implement control AGV by bluetooth wireless local area network under workshop condition.At the end of this paper, the work in the past of subject is summarized, the deficiency of bluetooth is put forward and the research plan for next step is proposesd.
