| The aim of the disquisition is researching designs and applications of a BAS system for HVAC of Xi'an Haixin pharmaceutical Co.Ltd..Firstly,the author discussed the development and framework of BAS and then analyzed methods and steps of designs and applications for construction project by BAS and computer technology.According to design parameters and usage requirement of the BAS of Xi'an Haixin pharmaceutical Co..Ltd.,Analyzing function characteristics of several products of BAS,the BAS system of Xi'an Haixin pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.is constituted of S7-300 PLC with WINCC system software.Secondly,passing analysis and design of auto control function to the large full-air system, the author aim at some shortages of design and application of inland BAS system—such as integrated actually with computer control theory,save-energy technique was not widely used, not friendly Human Interface—and improved on these shortages.The author also designed many advance internal technologies to solve important technique problem in this project by module program design,such as dew point control,fresh air save power control and fan speed save power control.In the process of the system adjusting,to verify various control functions of AHU and recording the data of the BAS system in winter in summer,the result proved the design of various control function is reasonable and consummate.Through a long-term running,it was clear that the designed BAS was a safe,reliable and advanced system.All of its parameters reached and partially beyond designed requirements and whole performance get to domestic advanced level.. |
