Project management is a relatively newly developed field of management theory. This method is to control, coordinate a project, so as to accomplish the initial goal. Schedule management is one of the core theories of project management. The most important responsibility is to make a fairly good schedule, which consists of time, resource and cash flow, in order to meet all the requirement of stakeholders.Modern project management technology and tools provide scientific method and means for construction project management. The application scope of project management information system is constantly extending along with the wide application of computer and information technology inconstruction and engineering practice. Schedule control is one of the key technologies in the schedule management. As the development of our country's economy and the consummating of market-economy system gradually, many construction corporations are facing the much opportunity, but at same time, they are facing muchdifficulty, such as profit-ratio dropping, higher technique. Although many advanced techniques are used in projects, there are disadvantages in practice. So it becomes more important how to organize and control the schedule more reasonably.After looking up much material, the article has done much work, the first summarizing the project schedule theory and the actuality, introducing the applications theory of PERT technology and then the functions and disadvantages.The article researched the knowledge of agent system and multi-agent system. According to the characters of the construction project process plan and the multi-agent systerm, the article developed a multi-agent framework to excutive the project process.The article has done much work in the systerm's infrastructure and process, and then describes the framework of the agent in the systerm particularly. It designs the code of the agent and the communications of them in the given software flatroom.
