According to the requirements of Hebei Province "with regard to the building of the province's e-government network integration views" and integrating the program, in order to comprehensively promote the building of e-government in Langfang City, official network platform Langfang City Planning and Design tasks are raisedThe official network platform of Langfang City construction, avoids the network redundant construction, reduces e-government operating costs ,and promots the building of " Economizing Government"; by improving the utilization of network and information resources, provids convenient access to information means be conducive to strengthening the party committees , the government's regulatory capacity and integrated emergency command and dispatch capabilities; further through online processing, administrative transparency, and expanding the channels of communication with the public, the implementation of governing for the people thinking, resolve contradictions, promote the building of "a harmonious society", "highly efficient government."By the network construction and application of information systems investigation, consulting, demand analysis of the main administrative departments in Langfang City we access to first-hand information. Through multi-channel collecting related literature of network planning and design, the vertical and horizontal contrast, collate and summarize we propose network platform Langfang overall technical line. Further through comparison other provinces, municipal e-government network-building programs, learning from the successful experience, designe Langfang City official network platform.Langfang City public network platform uses Gigabit Ethernet technology, satellite-based network topology and hierarchical design model.
