Along with the advancement of information education, information technology is widely applied to the education domain, and it has provided technical support to the teaching environment and the learning environment. The information teaching environment is affecting the ways of teacher's teaching and student's study. During the construction of information teaching environment, the research indicated that each school takes oneself as a center, so that the stability and probability of information teaching environment system are bad, and the teaching resources is difficulty to be shared. How can solve these problems well?At present, open source software is popular, it is used in the many national government and enterprise. Many overseas researchers are attempting to explain the education significance. In the domestic institutions, open source software often to be used on the server, providing campus network service, document sharing, BBS and so on. Moreover open source software is free, the maintenance cost is low; the flexibility is strong; the probability is good and the quality performance is superior, and so on.
