In recent years,with the reorganization and reform of the coal industry,the national coal mine safety,coal mine environment,coal industry restructuring and other issues become increasingly prominent.The problem of coal mine safety is in high strength for many years has been under the supervision of production safety requirements higher.In the coal mine safety,safety accidents and emergency treatment of underground rescue victims miners are accident treatment priorities.How to accurately and quickly find the exact location of the miners is the effective guarantee to improve the success rate of safety accidents.So how to improve the accuracy and efficiency of personnel positioning is meaningful.In this paper,the Hongliu of Shenhua Ningxia coal mine as the research object,the design and transformation of mine safety monitoring system in coal mine.The primary emphasis on the design and Realization of underground personnel positioning system:Based on the technology of ZigBee,the accuracy of strong basis,according to the complexity of coal mine roadway Hongliu according to the design of distribution network node,enrich the coal mine safety monitoring system function at the same time,but also improve the accuracy of the underground personnel positioning system.The main work of this paper is as follows:firstly,the overall design scheme of safety monitoring system is formulated in accordance with the production demand of Hongliu mine,including personnel positioning and monitoring system.And analyzed the various subsystems of the project;secondly focuses on the personnel positioning system used by ZigBee technology and analyze the design for the main circuit design and hardware products,including the CC2530 control chip,power module,serial circuit,sensor circuit design etc.the circuit of USB and GWSD100 type humidity sensor and GJC4 type low concentration methane alarm.Mobile nodes in addition to the ZigBee network to establish the location reference node and the coordinator of the hardware design.In the design of the reference node And give full consideration to the impact of coal mine underground environment Hongliu signal strength and has the special section of the positioning signal to strengthen treatment;in the system software design,mainly ZigBee network distribution and network to establish coordination node involved in the design of the three joints.The software work flow of design.Finally in the operation of the system to the user management interface and monitoring management function design and improvement.The personnel positioning,of mine personnel positioning system tracking,staff attendance and underground environment parameters monitoring and other functions of the research.The operation effect of the system meets the basic requirements of design Requirement.From the running effect of safety monitoring system,the design of the underground personnel positioning system based on ZigBee technology has a practical effect.Especially in the personnel positioning,tracking,attendance and other aspects of basic to achieve the desired effect of engineering.But there is still much room for improvement in the completeness of the system and expand,in future work to constantly improve and perfect.
