Digtalization Solution For County Government

Nowadays, digitalization has been the main trends in the world's economic and social development. Using the rapid development of network technology and information technology, integrating various types of resources, we can build Information network to Realize the County government's management and service functions . The County government Information network is bound to play a positive role in improving the efficiency of the government . I made an detailed survey on government information of 18 counties in Shijiazhuang city. On the basis of the fully discussion with government leadership and technical staff, I Proposed a package solution, which will help the county government to realize digital office and "Paperless office" ultimately. My research work are as follows:1,On the basis of existing network facilities, through integrated planning, we can establish a unified network architecture of the hardware platform which will give full play to existing network equipment and the potential of the communications lines, In accordance with the specific conditions of the existing network, the County Information Network platform can choose it's architecture in two ways: Internet or Private network2,Software applications for office automation systems was further improved by researching and developings of the function module of the Office Administration System, by adding Communication to office automation, and Achieving integration the online Communication (Internet) with traditional voice (TDM). This part is the focus of article , the functional modules of the the County government Information network software system were expounded in this part. The County government Information network software system main include 8 functional modules, such as : office automation (OA), Download, Network Fax, SMS Centre, voice centre, Work Log, personal assistant, Human Resources Management (HRM) and so on.3,In order to ensure the stability of the platform and the security of information and data on County Government Information Network, the Network Security Architecture of County Government Information Network was preliminary Studied in the paper.At the end of the article, a summary of the papers was carried out , and the future of County Government Information Network was prospected.
