In recent years, with the people’s Bank and the local public finance departments strengthen the fiscal special account management, a lot of financial account management rules were introduced, which made the the use of financial accounts was difficult to meet the needs of customers at basic level. A basic account still used manual charge to an account and interest such a original way. Aiming at this problem, this paper presents a multistage account management system design. Through the implementation of the system, we solved the current financial account management difficult situation. And we gave the data mining technology based on the account information assessment on account management strategy suggestion. This paper focuses design of the Rural Credit Bank Account Management System based on data mining. The main work of this paper can be summarized in the following fields: Firstly, while summarizing working principle of the multi-level account system, the paper analysis the inadequacies of the current system. On the basis of it, this paper detailedly analyzed the requirement specification of MLAMS, described the specific functions that need to be achieved. Secondly, this paper designed carried on the system outline design and detailed design after the deeply understand for the demand analysis. It integrallty designed and implemented the kinds of detail which including framework, function, interface etc. form the angle of the software engineering system flow. And, in many ways, it tested the accomplished MLAMS.Thirdly, this paper analyzed the account with the clustering method of data mining technology, then supplied the corresponding management strategy. Finally, this paper summarized the deficiency of MLAMS, and discussed the future of the bank account management methods.
