Information management is an important task in an enterprise. The previous manual mode used in our company has some shortage in terms of information management and statistic, which require the stuff on duty to do tremendous repetitive work, and bring the inconvenience to the information inquiry and statistics as well. Then how to solve these shortages and realize automatic information management turn out to the key issues. JAVA is the popular programming language that currently widely applied in developing WEB program. We usually use JAVA WEB technology such as JSP,SERVLET,JAVABEAN and JDBC to support department duty system and primary realize authority management,information input management,report statistic and so on. We develop the system for improving efficiency of stuff on duty and provide more statistical information for the management department.
