Design And Realization Of The Information Management System

With the development of information technology, network technology and communication technology, The informationization managing in an enterprise is more and more important . Managing the information of the personnel and the equipment through the computer is convenient for the enterprise's administrators. This paper discusses an information management system which is based on the need and actuality of CRPE (China Railway Parcel Express Co.,Ltd). The system is designed and realized by JSP+Servlet+JavaBean technology on the basis of B/S structure and good design of database. It is developed by Dreamweaver MX and Eclipse.The System uses SYBASE database and Weblogic Server application server. The whole information system includes personnel management, equipment management, systematic users and rights management, systematic dictionary management. Beause of according with the daily operating rules, The System is easy to be operated, maintained and expanded. At the same time, the interface is clear and user-friendly; the function is complete and practical. The system runs normally in CRPE, and meets the information sharing of personnel and equipment information. Additionally, it offers effective aid decision service for administrators of the enterprises. The system can be applied to other enterprises , so it is adaptive in practical application.
