Through the university studentsjob-seeking net system,we can provide service for job advertisement of business enterprisesand personal job-seeking,the company can use this system to register to become jobadvertisement customer, and release information of job-seeking,meanwhile, reading theapplication information and complete its recruitment. The person who is seeking job cancomplete the work through the system after register to become the job-seeking customer and finish its application in the system.The MVC mode is designed to realize the devision of functions in the web system.Model layer implements business logic, which usually can be realized through JavaBean orEJB. View layer implement the communication with the users,realized through JSP.Controller layer is a bridge between Model and View layer, which can assign the request ofthe users and select the view for display and at the same time,can interprete the users inputand map for the model layer,then perform the operation.The system introduced in the paper has chosen advanced development technology andideas for the design and exploitation.All the modules have used JSP+JavaBean+Servlettechnology.
