E-zine , which inherits and develops papery magazine , is an electronic publication of implementing demonstration and improving reading by converging multimedia elements in virtue of information technology.E-zine's concept and status quo in application are introduced in this paper.Give Zinemaker2006 software as an example, this paper comprehensively expatiates the basis of e-zine's technology and art, as well as the theory of e-zine combined with the classroom teaching.This theory claims that Instruction-assistants make e-zine according to learners'characteristic and teaching plan, then teachers use e-zine to promote learners'learning. Supposing that there is a lightcone diagram existing in Educational Technology, the author regards e-zine as one of learning resources, and depicts the process about E-zine -Assisted Instruction in the classroom. E-zine is applied to the teaching of Chinese reading texts, such as "On the Thither Side of the Sea" and "Beluga saved".Subsequently, such a process is further interpreted. After counting and analyzing questionnaires and subject achievement with regard to students,two assumptions'reliability is validated.Finally, the achievement and insufficiency in the research is summed up, and the in-depth scientific investigation is prospected. Furthermore, its proposals are offerred.This paper studies e-zine used in the classroom teaching relating to Chinese reading in order to make progress with CAI.It also explores and summarizes the theory and practice of Zinemaker2006 software combined with the classroom teaching. In respect that e-zine is coming into style,the theory and practice will contribute to e-zine's design, development, application, management and evaluation in the teaching field.
