With the development of information technology, the use of modern teaching media, which made multimedia technology and network technology as ite core part, had brought about more and more attention in teaching activities in universities. And by the use of multimedia, the audience could receive more information from a variety of different media, so that they could get over incomplete information as the weakness of single media, and could meet the understanding from the full range of perspectives and the further needs for the information. This study provided multimedia teaching with some guidance suggestions by the research of the main factors in educational communication in universities.This study used Harold Lasswell's"5W"communicative mode to probe into the elements of communication system of teaching information in College's Multimedia Classroom, and developed the questionnaire. And this study surveyed 530 students from a certain university in Suzhou, with the purpose of discussing communication effects of teaching information in college's multimedia classroom, and investigating difference in gender, age, grade, and the type of majors on communicators, teaching information, teaching media and so on. The result showed that subjects with different gender had a significant difference in teaching media, different grade had a significant difference in communicators, different major affected communicators differently; and it had positive correlation between the communicators and teaching information.
