Software Implement of Private Transmission Network Online Monitoring & Control System is a project which conduct real-time online monitor & test for El data link mnning status and QoS (quality of service) of current in service private SDH/OTN(Optical Transmission Network). System combine with hardware and software, hardware include test terminal, DDF(Digital Distribution Frame) and transmission device; software include OAM&P(Operations Administration, Maintenance and Provisioning) system and application software which testing platform build on them. Meanwhile, also including the design of digital channel interface and software access interface scheme and focus on the discussion of application software's R&D(Research and Development).This essay particular discuss El signal's specification, frame structure analysis, coding mode, transmission channel quality and testing. Base on these, how to utilize object-oriented technology, programming tools Visual C++ and MFC class libraries under Windows environment, to develop application software which can do the El circuits mnning status monitoring and verification, configuration information query and modification, online or offline testing, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting functions and so on. Get the analysis report of whole El circuits running status monitoring and testing statistic results and transmission quality indicate parameter like BER(Bit Error Rate), etc.Traditional manual ERBT is replaced by testing terminal in Monitoring & Control System, and the transmission channel quality testing to communications circuitry transmission ability is carried out by software mode. The software system is divided into link configuration information query and modification, transmission data simulation & catch, system operation state monitoring, online or offline testing, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting functions and so on. Dealing with multi-tread, database connector interface and network communications techniques are mainly applied in software development. The unite and operation of the testingterminal and the transmitting net workstation are realized to accomplish the automatic dispatching of the correspondence on the line together. Monitor, under the running situation normally and transmit performance are online and real, is acliieved under the circumstances that ensure the communication line to its working state.
