Recently, along with electric power production enterprise's automation and information construction developing faster, all kinds of new temperature monitoring systems appear and play an important role in production. A range of factors such as closed structure, the complex electromagnetic environment, the isolation of high and low voltage equipment in the Switch cabinet, this require the detection device to develop in the direction of non-contact and the terminal monitoring software to develop in the direction of intelligentizing, hum being, integration with modem communication technology. This system acclimate the trend and achieve low power non-contact detection, real-time alarm processing and reliable, convenient and efficient information services from the monitoring system of user needs and the analysis of functions. Its final target is to offer well decision-making service and technological support. The system is made up of temperature measure and wireless transmitting module, main controlling module and net server module. Their functions are to accomplish data collection, analysis procession and net issuance etc. This paper is to accomplish main the design of temperature detection devices and wireless data-transmission devices.Temperature detection devices and wireless data transmission module is mainly responsible for the High Voltage Switchboard contact temperature data acquisition and transmission, the first design of the working environment and the impact of the noise source and power, in accordance with the actual requirements of wireless transmission realizes non-contact detection, repetition code guarantees the reliable transmission of data. According to the demand of the non-contact detection, the energy of a temperature detection device can be acquired from the electric power line sensors. It is bound to be affected by the power line fluctuations and the current supply of electricity. The mode of temperature detection devices about the design is single, only transmitsion not receiving, the intermittent mode can minimize the system of working hours, thereby reduce the overall power consumption of the module. The super capacitor Power is joined in the design of power. Intermittent period can be lengthy recharged, ensuring the sustained and stable power to supply circuit. The single-mode synchronous problem use three-phase alternating current at zero, synchronous signal extracted using TDM to solute the problem of collisions during the three-phase contacts temperature data acquisition. It resolves problems of the system network.In accordance with the established design, this paper sets down wireless communication protocols, selects a wireless transceiver circuits, analysis the various forms of circuit and compares, completes the hardware circuit's design and component selection, programmes and debugs software progresss, designs and makes the PCB board. Finally, it debugs the system integratedly. Repeatedly trial in poor conditions guarantee the multi-reliable communications, low cost, small size, light weight, less power consumption, reliable and durable characteristics.
