Field soil temperature is an important parameter in the monitoring of crop growth environment,which affects a series of changes of soil,and is closely related to the cultivation of high quality and high yield crops.At present,the advanced temperature monitoring technology and equipment have developed rapidly in the field of soil temperature monitoring in the field,but there are some problems,such as the low precision of data acquisition,the backward data transmission mode,the unscientific monitoring and so on.In order to improve the above problems,this paper innovatively digital temperature sensor technology applied to soil temperature field monitoring,fully modern sensor,MCU,wireless communication,computer technology integration,developed a new digital multilayer soil temperature detection sensor,the soil temperature sensor multi-point network and remote transmission technology research,design and implementation of the PC monitoring software has abundant functions,the contrast test of the sensor response characteristics and accuracy of wireless monitoring system,task can be completed multilayer soil temperature field.The development of intelligent agriculture,the appropriate application of the Internet of things technology can effectively reduce the cost of agricultural production and improve the level of agricultural intelligence.The system adopts modular design idea,which includes three parts:soil temperature acquisition,wireless transmission and PC monitoring software module.This system can realize the tracking and monitoring of the field soil layers temperature,temperature real-time or timing information will be wirelessly transmitted to the host computer monitoring software,farmland management personnel can temperature information in the PC monitoring software on the real-time view,storage,analysis,export and other functions.In this paper,the wireless transmission based on NRF24L01 RF transceiver module as the core temperature data,by a single bus structure of DS18B20 is composed of temperature sensor,STC15F2K60S2 MCU and Visual Basic 6 prepared by the host computer monitoring software,the overall design reflects the convenience of higher accuracy and monitoring.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The research on digital multilayer soil temperature detection sensor,the temperature sensor of DS18B20,the development of carbon fiber composite material used for temperature sensor selection,based on the thermal conductivity of materials,pipe filled with sand,circuit design and carbon fiber tube size to meet the reasonable layout,the volume of DS18B20 small,convenient wire.(2)The research on the technical scheme of wireless transmission of soil temperature in field,the study of short range,medium range,long distance,multi distance transmission and multi section transmission technology,4 different wireless transmission schemes are designed.(3)In the Visual Basic 6 development environment,combined with the Access 2016 database design and implementation of computer monitoring software of the wireless monitoring system of soil temperature field,real-time display,parameters with soil temperature setting,information recording,multi query,data analysis,report output,curve curve printing,alarm,user management,user login system,database maintenance,lock and unlock,crops suitable temperature database management,data,provide a simple and beautiful interface,complete PC monitoring tasks.(4)Temperature sensor accuracy test and response characteristics,in the standard thermometer as a reference condition,compared with the traditional temperature sensor,in order to prove the superiority of new temperature sensors.The system has been tested and verified.It is of great significance to improve the precision of soil temperature measurement in the field,to realize the real-time monitoring of the soil temperature in the field,to master the changing law of the soil,and to serve the modern agriculture.
