The Office Automation, abbreviated as OA, is a research focus of the computer application currently, which primarily means the automation of official information processing. By using various kinds of advanced information technologies and integrated technology, it helps diverse office work originally done by people completed with various equipments and man-machine information systems so as to reduce the labor strength, avoid the repetitious laboring, improve work efficiency and achieve better economic benefits.The main characteristics of OA have been network technology and coordinative technology so far. Due to the flexibility of using models and the variety of needs for users under Web environment, it requires integrative design, function division, data structure of the OA system, and the user interface design needs more emphasis on commonality and convenience of the system. Moreover, the system should be relatively dependable and maintainable. In addition, because of the restriction of browser function, the sole use of static HTML cannot meet the needs of complicated application. All these structure changes of the system must require adopting brand-new systematic analysis, design method and technology in the development.In this thesis, based on in-depth study of the Lotus collaborative platform office systems architecture and related technologies, focused on Lotus Domino / Notes collaboration platform applications layered realized, the development of a coordinated transfer of the documents based on office automation system, in a work flow at the core of enterprises on the basis of a collaborative office, at the same time to meet the modern information management requirements of this platform for the functional expansion and optimization.In the platform design from the point of view of software engineering, according to the chemical characteristics of the construction sector, in view of the Document Flow business system needs analysis, and data from the abstract object model. In this paper the design and realization of a custom form in the circulation of documents and processes customized modules.
