With increasing degree of information of manufacturing enterprises and growing resources of internal manufacturing enterprises, there are rapid expansions of information and scattered resource in enterprise. MECMS (Manufacturing Enterprise Content Management System) is the use of computer and network technology. It organizes, classifies, manages, stores, publishes and searches enterprise resources, and makes the scattered, chaotic data and information become the valuable content, and makes the information and resources of enterprise shared and used at the minimum cost, and provides the information of products and services to customers and partners to promote e-commerce. The main research works are as follow:1) The status quo and the problems of manufacturing information of China are analyzed, and the significance and the purpose of the study are explained.2) The concepts and classifications of content management are introduced. The development of content management at home and abroad, the differences between MECMS and other content management system and the requirement of MECMS are analyzed. The structure of MECM is put forward.3) The traditional access control (DAC, MAC), Role-based Access Control and Task-base authentication control are analyzed. Based on the research of predecessor, Task-Role Based Access Control is proposed. The insufficiencies of RBAC and TBAC are solved. The user has the roles' static permissions when the user is assigned the role, and the user has the dynamic permissions according to the task instance.4) The operation flow of Equipment management of manufacturing enterprise is analyzed, and the equipment resource management functional modules are designed. Finally, the access control is realized in the equipment resource management.5) At last, it summarizes the paper and expects the work to do in the prospects.
