With the developing of the electronic technology and the improving of the level of manufacture,the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)which is achieved through technology of wirelesses and radar has a great development.As one kind of untouched IC-cards,RFID electronic tags,combining the wirelesses and IC-card, communicate with reading machine through magnetic field mutually.When compared with bar code and IC-card,electronic tag is more ascendant than both of them,thus, it's used everywhere in human's lives and production.According to ISO/IEC15693,the thesis design the electronic tags which can be mainly used in the areas of merchandise management,door lock,and figure identify and so on.Firstly the RFID system is advised to compose with VCD,VICC and data-base.The ISO/IEC15693 is also analyzed deeply,it contains the communication signal ports between VCD and VICC,anti-collision and transmission protocol.Then according to their foundations,we divide the COMS chip of electronic tag into high frequency port,the logic of address and safety,memory three parts and design them. The high frequency port is simulative circuit,we divide it to several modules,include electricity supply,clock,demodulation,ASK modulation and reset circuit.We design them separately to gain a more excellent performance.The structure of EEPROM is defined in detail;include users' data,UID,AFI and DSFID.The part of logic of address and safety is digital circuit.The design base on the mode of standard cell,we divide the part into several modules,as PPM decode module,CRC module,encrypt module,FSM module,coding module and so on.On the base of discussing the relationship of function,ports and time sequence of each module in detail,we provide the detailed design blue print,and achieve it though VerilogHDL language and simulate it with MAX+plusâ…ˇ10,and validated with the CPLD of EPF10K10LC84-4 of company Altera.The true result proves the true design.In this thesis,the electronic tag's working frequency is 13.56MHz with the maximal working distance-1 meter.There is an EEPROM with 1K storage ability in it. This tag has the function of encrypting;it's applicable for any RFID system which is according to ISO/IEC15693.At last,there is some advice about energy waste and testing of the tag for the future design.
