With the increasing development of economy, more and more families have their own vehicles. As vehicles have become part of our lives, people have been stricter with the smart parking lot. So the issue of the parking lots becomes more and more important to a city's plan, and the large new buildings have to be allocated with certain scale of underground parking lot. And the number of the vehicles goes up day by day, which has brought a lot of problems for vehicles safeties. For this reason, people have paid much attention for these problems. Aimed at the situation, this paper concentrates efforts on designing an intelligent control system for the smart parking lot, which is based on the technology of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), and the intelligent control system can bring the automatic management for the parking lot and ensure every vehicle's safety.In the intelligent control system, the wireless reader and the intelligent electronic card have been designed to form a wireless communication system, which is based on 433MHz frequency wireless signal and infrared signal. The wireless reader takes the PIC single chip as the micro controller, reads every vehicle's identification information sent by the intelligent electronic card. The intelligent control system can realize all the management functions: check the vehicle's identification automatically in a long-distance range and collecting toll is made automatically without any manual operation. The system uses a computer as a management platform, grasps the picture, updates the database, etc.This paper focuses on the realization of the technologies involved in the wireless communication between the wireless reader and the intelligent electronic card. My main work includes: (1) The plan design of the communication software and realizing; (2) Studying on all the issues: communication coding, the frame synchronization, the redundancy check and anti-collision in the communication and forming the system engineering plan; (3) Studying the cipher technology, and forming the appropriate plan of encryption. Some of innovation work includes: (1) Based on the studying on the wireless communication of the intelligent parking lot, choosing the pulse-width method as the engineering coding solution for the communication according to its characteristics and enhances the stability of the wireless communication; (2) Based on the studying on the encryption technology, using the combination of the advanced encryption standard (AES) and the Thrice authentication model to realize the high security of the system and optimizing the encryption algorithm which requires low resources and can get high speed rate.By the way, the new style of smart parking lot has combined wonderfully the ideas of the life, the technology of information, the technology of computer and so on together. The management system is simple convenient, advanced and quite humanized. This intelligent control system has the following advantages: (1) with the use of directional infrared communications, removing all the neighbor channel disturbances for the wireless communication used in the conditions where multi-entrance channels existed in the same area; (2) designing a simple and practical means of communication to reduce costs and improve system stability; (3) realizing the frame synchronization, the redundancy check and the code with the software of SCM, which simplifies the circuit and increases the communication stability when the band rate is low; (4) using the combination of the advanced encryption standard (AES) and the Thrice authentication model to effectively prevent the illegal invasion and to improve the system's safety; (5) the optimization of power management and greatly extending the life expectancy of electronic cards. The practice and experiment proves that the results from this paper are valuable and the designed intelligent control system is successful with large potential application value.
