With the rapid development of electronic information technology,in many areas,electronic information technology are widely applied,it also produced the corresponding automatic identification technology,which is used to improve the system efficiency of all kinds of work.In the automatic identification technology,the Radio Frequency Identification Technology have many advantages,which are the big amout,non-contact,recognition rate fast and erasable.Now it has been widely used in the field of logistics,security and the library.So now,the RFID technology has become one of the Internet of things technology and wireless communication technology research hot spot.In this paper,it study the RFID technology,it improves the basic tag anti-collision algorithm,and then it also designed a reader and a tag base on ISO/IEC 15693 agreement.The reader can read and write the rate in the tag.In the tag,there is a senser,which can measure and display the temperature of the surrounding.The main result of paper is as follows:Firstly,it described the background and significance of the paper,introduced the current situation and the development trend of RFID technology,and studied deeply the related theory of RFID technology: the basic parts of the RFID system,the basic working process,the fundamental communication,the ways of coupling,mainly classification and the application of protocol standard.It mainly analyzed the tags collision problem,and it described and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of tag anti-collision algorithm.Secondly,in-depth studing the problems of the collision,and then it improved the time slot ALOHA algorithm from the two aspects.One algorithm is combined with the monitor technology,and the tag can hear the state of the channel to reduce the collision problems.And the other algorithm is combined with the principle of code division multiple access,by using the spread spectrum code,reader can identify multiple tags at the same time slot,when the tags collided,it can improve the system throughput by using packet retransmission method.Then,it first analyzed the technical indicators of the reader and tag,the ISO / IEC15693 protocol standard,and then it determine the various functional modules of the reader and tags,it choiced chips of various modules,it designed and simulation for each module through the hard ware platform,completed designing the circuit principle diagram and the PCB of the reader and tag,welded the two pieces of circuit boards.Finally,it designed the program of reader's and tag's various modules,and then it downloaded the program to the chip for debugging.And then testing the reader and tag,test results show that PC can also read and write the data of tag through the software,tag's LCD can display the value of temperature and voltage,so the RFID reader and tag have a certain application value.
