| With modem industry and its scale soaring, automation and information integration of enterprise production should be improved. Distributed control system is one main contributor to customer solutions in terms of the high reliability. More focus is given to field bus technology based on real-time distributed control system in the automation community these days. In the frequency conversion and timing system of AC induction motor, it is hardly to be comparable with DC if only employing U/F and open loop control to solve smooth adjusting and can not meets the needs of the application system which have high desire on the dynamic and static capability.During the information era, the rapid development of information technology represented by network technology brings great impact and challenge to the traditional manufacturing industry. So the information-based manufacturing is the only way of the development of manufacturing industry. This is the idea firstly presented in this dissertation.Considering the features of distributed control system, studying PCI bus, one kind of PCI-CAN communication adapter is designed out to connect management layer and field control layer. CAN application layer protocol is determined. Communication control algorithms and drivers for Windows are developed.Software of management layer is implemented to control and manage Multi-motor controller directly. The motor control system is implemented in terms of the software and hardware.Verified by filed tests, distributed motor control system based on DSP and field bus has high control accuracy, fast dynamic response, and could be applied for some systems where loads change largely or dynamic response should be fast. |
