At present, the situation of production safety in various industy is unoptimistic in our country, serious accident occurs form time to time. This situation caused by many reasons. In the last analysis,it is with our country's low productive forces level of development, especially low science and technology management level has the direct relation. Safety management is a science to protect workers'safe and health,guarantee tools and resources'sensible use,advance the economy circulation ordered. The points are : anticipation found,distinguish and judge every dangerous elements may cause accident, take effective measures control and eliminate these elements to avoid accident.Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in the aera of safety management is very useful. RFID is an easy to manipulate, simple and practical and especially fit for automatic control's flexible applied technology. Its unique superiority is other identification technology can not beyond. RFID support either read-only mode or read-write mode , and do not need touch or target ; It can be work in every bad conditions ; It could be highly data integration . Otherwise , this technology is hard be counterfeited and incursion , so RFID have high level security.This design, Base on RFID's cylinder safety management and retrace system, can improve the situation of cylinder management in our counrty . At present , in the severe situation of production safety, it could reinforce relevant government departments'monitoring capacity . Moerover , just modify the tags'date structure and the management sorware's relevant parts , it could be apply in other visual management system.The full text altogether divides five parts.the first part is introducion about the topic background and the significance,RFID and distributed database system(DDBS) present situation. The second part is distributed database system introducion,detailed introduces distributed database system basic concept and characteristic. The third part is Radio Frequency Identification introducion, detailed introduces RFID System components,and tag's features which used in this design. The fourth part introduces earier period preparatory work,the regulations analysis,the system analysis and build database. The fifth part is detailed elaboration Base on RFID's cylinder safety management and retrace system and result analysis.
