For adapting request of management and safe production of bank, combined with the status of bank cashbox management, a kind of bank cashbox safety management information system based on Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) is designed. The system has a series of advantages, such as stable capability, use easy, low cost and so on, for providing a reliable platform of bank cashbox safety management. The system greatly improve the level of electronic, networking, automation of the Banking business, bring a lot of help to the security management of the bank cashbox, the promotion of a certain significance and good practical value. Has a certain promotion significance and use valueThe RFID system is composed of electronic label, read/write device, and network. The paper analyzed the basic working principle of the RFID system and introduced the key technological in the RFID system research, such as RFID standard, the middleware technology, operating frequency, conflict, choice of wireless location technology and so on. Based on these technologies, a total design scheme about the RFID based bank cashbox safety management information system is put forward. This system chooses main line network structure, using existing private network, set up the software platform of B/S system structure.The statement of system structure, devise structure, hardware theory and software realization is detailed designed. In the hardware system, according to the working process of the reading and writing and the label, the system hardware network topology is made. Paper introduces the front-end equipment, transmission equipment perception and central server application processing equipment. In software design, the software flow around the trunk outbound process, warehousing process and transfer the business process. To speed up the development of software, maintainability and extensibility of software, this system used modular design, completed the design of the corresponding application software.The software interface of the system is simple and the software has good interface.This system adopts the world-recognized mainstream B/S(browser/server) structure, including the browser,the Web server and database server.System application software is based on SQL Server database,accomplished with the employment of the new object oriented language JAVA, ASP.NET and Web Server component. The monitoring mainframe computer software employs the B/S model, with the technology of.NET, which makes the program code safer and executes more efficiently. Further more, with the security setting up and authority distribution, the system’s security is strengthened.When the system is accomplished, the administrator and the operator users which have right can rapidly inquire information of cashbox and grasp the cashbox position and current status information at the same, monitor on the real-time of bank cashbox. The design of system has passed many experiments and tests. The results showed that this system is stable and reliable,which can meet the expected requirements.
