Research On Web Service Integration Of PACS Based On SOA

By analyzing the characters of PACS integration and the integration technology of SOA, this paper builds an architecture for PACS integration, which is designed based on Web services and SOA, solves the reusable and maintainable problem which can't be solved by object oriented or component oriented technology, and eliminate the difficulties of PACS integration which is caused by different protocol and different software or hardware platforms.In this paper, the method and principle of Web services for PACS integration is proposed, which makes PACS exchange information uniformly based on Web services standards and under conform medical information share mode. A B/S architecture of PACS is realize and make the remote user capable of browsing the picture and text information of PACS by IE browser. Integration of PACS based on Web services and SOA in this paper not only has the characteristics of loose-coupling and customization agility but also makes information share possible because of conform mode.The innovation of this paper is to propose an integration of medical information system based on SOA, implement the integration of PACS, and resolve the key technology of integration of PACS based on Web services and SOA.
