The rapid development of computer technology has greatly contributed to theadvancement of medical digitization. Doctors improve its own efficiency and service levelsthrough digital technology. Attendant problem is that we need to deal with moreinformation, and easily find valuable information for doctors to use. Medical imagingsystems and electronic medical information is an important part in the medical record.Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS, Picture Archiving andCommunication Systems) is the major medical image management system among digitalmedical systems. The main role of PACS is to manage medical image archiving andtransmission extraction, then enabling data sharing and efficient management. EMR is theelectronic forms which mainly used to record patients’ medical information in clinical,whose main feature is structured data. PACS improves the work efficiency and quality ofservice for doctors, but with the medical system rapid change and the following datainformation generation which requires medical systems play the role as much as possiblein as small a space as possible.This paper focuses on the PACS system integration technology and archivingtechnology. The system is designed to fully comply with the principle of the centralizedregistration management, concentrated expression of centralized and archived. First, thedesign is completed the trigger time-based data and Permissions procedures to achieve theimage data, medical data and automatically trigger the management of user information;Secondly the user management mechanism were analyzed using a role-based usermanagement mechanism to ensure that the centralized user management and flexibility;Finally, achieved a concentrated expression of the relevant information based on the datatrigger.In the archive management, achieve a centralized archive of design ideas byanalyzing the characteristics DICOM3.0standards and HL7standard protocol to. Firstly,presented to the medical center’s design philosophy the paper according to thecharacteristics of medical data; Secondly, the database system architecture design is complete based on the system data flow; Again, completed a proposed centralized storageand archiving partition management combining design combining the characteristics ofpractical medicine; Finally, optimize the management of data backup and recovery bycombining clinical data requirements for the system The system achieved the design ideasof PACS archive combined with EMR, follow the relevant protocol standards strictly andembodies the design philosophy centered medical records and data-centric design strictly.
